Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Coldrply ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Coldrply generates personalized cold-email drafts and related outreach tooling using AI. Output is generated by automated models and may contain inaccuracies; you are responsible for reviewing and editing any content before you send it.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Coldrply to:

• send unsolicited bulk email in violation of applicable anti-spam laws (e.g. CAN-SPAM, GDPR, India's IT rules);
• harass, defraud, impersonate, or mislead recipients;
• distribute malware, illegal, or infringing content;
• attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or abuse the Service or its rate limits.

You are solely responsible for your outreach and for complying with the laws of your and your recipients' jurisdictions.

5. Plans, payments & refunds

Paid plans and credit top-ups are billed via Razorpay. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from Account Settings. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the inputs you provide and the email content generated for you. Coldrply and its branding, software, and design remain our property.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for outreach outcomes, deliverability, or any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination & changes

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law & contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra. Questions? Email riddhesh@coldrply.com.
