Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for our subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with Coldrply, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or renewal.

Refunds are only eligible for accounts where fewer than 5 email generations have been performed during the current billing period.

2. Top-up Credits

Top-up credit purchases (non-subscription) are non-refundable once any credits from the purchase have been used. Unused top-up credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email our support team at support@coldrply.com with your account email address and the reason for your request.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval.

4. Plan Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time via the Account Settings page. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your plan benefits until the end of your current billing cycle, and no further charges will be made.
