Cookie Policy

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We use them to keep you signed in, to keep the service working, and to understand how the product is used. We do not use cookies for advertising, and we do not sell your data.

2. Strictly necessary

These are required for the site to function. It is not possible to use Coldrply with these disabled.

  • Supabase authentication: keeps you signed in and secures your session.
  • Razorpay: set during checkout to process your payment securely and prevent fraud.
  • Theme preference: remembers whether you chose light or dark mode.

3. Analytics

Microsoft Clarity (cookies such as _clck and _clsk) helps us understand how people use Coldrply — which features get used, where people get stuck — via aggregated usage data and session replay. What you type into form fields is masked and is not captured. See section 6 of our Privacy Policy for detail.

Sentry may set identifiers to group error reports so we can diagnose faults.

4. Support chat

Tawk.to powers our live chat widget and sets cookies so a conversation with our support team persists across page loads.

5. How to control cookies

Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies in its settings. You can opt out of Clarity’s analytics by enabling “Do Not Track” or a global privacy control, or by using your browser’s tracking-protection features.

Be aware that blocking strictly necessary cookies will sign you out and prevent checkout from working.
