Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital service — no physical shipping

Coldrply is a software-as-a-service product delivered entirely over the internet. We do not sell, ship or deliver any physical goods. No shipping charges apply to any purchase, and no courier, tracking number or delivery address is involved.

2. How your purchase is delivered

• Subscriptions (Starter, Pro, Max): your plan is activated and its monthly email credits are added to your account immediately after your payment is confirmed by Razorpay — typically within a few seconds.
• Top-up credit packs: credits are added to your account balance immediately on successful payment. Top-up credits do not expire.
• Free accounts: access is granted instantly on sign-up, with the starting credit balance shown on the pricing page.

3. Accessing what you bought

There is nothing to download or install. Once payment is confirmed, sign in at coldrply.com and your plan and credit balance are live on your Dashboard and Account pages. A confirmation email is also sent to the address on your account.

Delivery is tied to the account that made the purchase, so please make sure you are signed in to the correct account at checkout.

4. If your credits don’t appear

In rare cases a payment can succeed while activation is delayed. Credits are normally reconciled automatically within a few minutes.

If your plan or credits have not appeared 30 minutes after a successful payment, email riddhesh@coldrply.com with your account email and the Razorpay payment ID, and we will resolve it. Refunds, where applicable, are covered by our Refund Policy.
